WEST LAFAYETTE, Ind. – A new season of the Matt Painter Radio Show presented by Gemco begins Monday, Oct. 30, at 6 p.m. ET, at Walk-On's Sports Bistreaux, located in the basement of the Purdue Memorial Union.

Head coach Matt Painter and Rob Blackman will sit down weekly throughout the season to discuss various topics surrounding the program. The show begins Halloween night and will run through the month of February – a total of 14 shows. The Katie Gearlds Show will follow, beginning at 7 p.m. ET.

Due to scheduling conflicts, four of the shows will be held on Tuesdays.

Painter will attend about half of the shows, while assistant coaches Terry Johnson, Brandon Brantley and Paul Lusk will fill in the other half.

Fans can listen on the Purdue Global Radio Network with the flagship station being WAZY 96.5 FM (Lafayette). In addition, the show will be streamed online on the Purdue Facebook, YouTube and Twitter pages, as well as via The Varsity Network. This new user-friendly audio hub allows fans to download a free app to hear live gameday streams and other programming at no charge to avoid missing any Boilermaker action.

The Boilermakers will open the 2023-24 season Nov. 6, at Mackey Arena against Samford at 6:30 p.m ET. Purdue will have an exhibition contest Nov. 1, against Grace College, beginning at 7 p.m. ET, in Mackey Arena.
