Student Manager Roles Include:
• On-Field Manager
• Data Analyst Manager
• Video & Scouting Manager
• Recruiting Assistant Manager
• Administration Assistant Manager
General Qualifications:
• Must be enrolled in 12 credit hours at the Purdue West Lafayette campus
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• General interest in baseball
• Experience using Microsoft Office (specifically Excel)
• Ability to adjust to changes on the fly and to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to interact and communicate well with players, coaches, and other managers
• Willingness to learn and consistently improve
• Independent thinking and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage time
