WEST LAFAYETTE, Ind. - The No. 3-ranked Boilermakers return home to begin a three-game homestand as Omaha visits Mackey Arena for a 2 p.m. Black Friday tipoff. The Boilermakers are coming off a Hall of Fame Tipoff Tournament title and begin a homestand that features contests against Omaha, Florida State in the Big Ten / ACC Challenge and Iowa in the Big Ten opener.
The Boilermakers are 5-0 for the first time since the 2015-16 season, while Omaha enters the contest with a 1-4 record.
The contest will be televised on B1G+ (final time this season) with Matt Menzl and Jay Wilson on the call. On the radio waves, Rob Blackman and Bobby Riddell will be courtside on the 22-station Purdue Radio Network and online on the Varsity Sports Network (app). 1) Purdue is 5-0 for the sixth time under head coach Matt Painter. A win over Omaha would give Purdue just its third 6-0 start under Painter, joining the 2009-10 team (14-0) and 2015-16 squad (11-0).
