BLOOMINGTON, Ind. – Sophomores Sifat Sagoo and Kan Bunnabodee finished in a tie for sixth and eighth, respectively, in the individual standings as the women's golf team rallied to place eighth at the Indiana Invitational on Sunday.

Sagoo carded an even-par 216 three-round total (75+70+71), including a pair of below par rounds to complete the previously suspended second 18 and final round Sunday. She posted eight birdies over the final 24 holes to record her first top 10 finish of the season and the third of her career.

Bunnabodee shot a 2-under 70 Sunday to close with a 54-hole total of 1-over 217 (74+73+70). After eagling the par-5 first hole in the second round Saturday, she repeated the feat Sunday on the par-5 12th. Her score over the three rounds marked her first top 10 finish of the year and the second of her career.

The Pfau Course played extremely difficult, as No. 17 Kent State was the only team able to play below par for the weekend. The Golden Flashes finished with an 8-under 856 to take the championship. Michigan's Ashley Lau, Michigan State's Valery Plata and Kent's Emily Price shared titlest honors with a trio of 4-under 212s on the weekend.

The Boilermakers will have a quick turnaround as the Big Ten Championship looms next weekend at TPC River's Course in Maineville, Ohio.
