WEST LAFAYETTE, Ind. -- With just under two weeks remaining before the Purdue men's basketball program hosts its alumni game, the list of former Boilermakers set to take part in the bi-yearly event is close to being finalized.
The event is scheduled to tip off with the alumni game at 12 p.m. (ET) on Saturday, Aug. 2, on Keady Court. Legendary former head coach Gene Keady, the court's namesake, will lead one of the squads, while current Boilermaker head coach Matt Painter will guide the other.
Immediately following the alumni game, the current Boilermakers will be matched up with Purdue Basketball alums around the Mackey Arena concourse to sign autographs. Tickets for the event are priced at $10 for the lower level (reserved) and $5 for the upper level (general admission).
Tickets may be purchased online at purduesports.com, by calling (800) 49-SPORT or in person at the Purdue Athletic Ticket Office. Located on the concourse level on the east side of Mackey Arena, the Athletic Ticket Office is open for business from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. (ET), Monday through Friday.
As of July 22, 28 former Boilermakers are scheduled to play, with another 16 scheduled to attend, but not play in the Alumni Game.
